I agree, Debz, he's very likeable, isn't he? And his Mercury in Scorpio denotes depth and his Jupiter in Aquarius says 'hey, we can achieve growth and happiness differently'. Do you have his full chart, i.e. with time?
Excellent talk by Simon Sinek on Empathy, or rather the lack of it, in the work space (especially corporate). Yep, mirrors 100% my own experience.
