“Fun and laughter on a summer holiday

For a week or two”

 

Well, it’s time for another kind of holiday

 

I’m gonna take a week’s break from

anxiety, worry, guilt and shame

Gonna have seven splendid days without

feeling inadequate and a failure

 

Freely taking 10080 minutes in

the company of my loving self and

happily, oh so happily

experiencing 604800 seconds of my

there-is-nothing-wrong-with-me -ness

 

I’m goin’ to have the time of my life!
